Discover how Salesforce was customized to meet our unique needs and requirements, empowering the Law School’s Admissions and Marketing teams to efficiently market, engage, assist, support, and analyze prospects and applicants through relationship management, personalized email marketing, SMS messaging, tracking activities, and insightful data analytics.

We will also examine the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem, which now includes a Student Management System, Case Management capabilities, comprehensive Reports/Dashboards, and integrations with Slack. These enhancements have empowered our student services teams to deliver personalized academic advising and support to enrolled students.
