Jeremy Hurley

Jeremy W. Hurley is a member of the Virginia State Bar and a trailblazer in integrating Generative AI into legal education. At the Appalachian School of Law, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Law, where he has innovatively incorporated AI technologies into his curricula, significantly enhancing bar support and academic success courses. His pioneering approach underscores a deep commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to advance legal education.

Professor Hurley also holds pivotal roles within the law school, including Assistant Director of Career Services and Director of Academic Success & Bar Preparation. In these capacities, he has been instrumental in reshaping the curriculum and academic policies to meet the evolving demands of legal education and practice.
